I have been going to Maggs about 9 years. She made her first impressions on my hair as a senior stylist in Toni & Guy. When Maggs opened her own salon Uberhair I followed her there. It's all about Magg's cut. Her colourist is of the same high standard and my blow dries last 5-6 days. No hairdresser has been able to reduce my mass of unruly hair to the beautiful, clean cut that she masters so well each and every time. Maggs ability at reducing bulky hair so skilfully is amazing. With a head of plentiful greys, Uberhair's colourist takes years of me. Although Uberhair's products, chairs, atmoshphere, plentiful refreshments & yummy after eights, DJ hubby's sounds and chit chat are amazing, its her cut that I go for every time. The time and precision is always there. Not crossing your legs (LOL!!) whilst cutting to ensure a top finish illustrates how particular Maggs is achieving at perfect symmetry with her styles. Although a funky, hip lady herself, she knows I'm a 'safe' hair style girl. Still, Maggs always knows how to make my hair feel like I've something new and youthful without making me look like mutton dressed up as lamb! I just tell her to do her stuff and she does, each and every time. I trust her intuition, up-to-date style knowledge and how she finds the perfect style for her clients. Although I might like the style I already have, Maggs will put a fresh angle on it. Maggs trained many stylists herself as a Training Stylist with T&G, however, she keeps up to date with her own training with trips to London for the latest techniques. I'm always made feel welcome and that I'm part of the furniture in Uberhair. I want her to move to the Northwest! Although, I moan about the commute I still make the journey. Keep it up Maggs, you truly are the best hairdresser and a lovely person into the bargain.. E X
