  John Henderson owns this business. We had some building work done by his team a few years ago. The workers are Jack of all trades ands masters of none. Foundations could be seen above ground level so they chipped away at the blocks used for foundations and stuck on half bricks to cover it up! Be careful of the cowcoy builders. This can be backed up with legal papers from when we took him to court and won.

• Good old Allens

  Allens has been in Sandy Row for years. It is my Mums taste in furniture and she has bought quite a bit from there over the years. If I mention I need a lamp or table the first thing out of her mouth is, 'Allens, if they dont have what your looking for then it does not exsist.'
