More of a night out than just a restaurant. Young couples are the bulk of the customers. They do excellant meal deals during the week. Week ends are really busy, avoid unless you like crowds.

Slightly out of the way, I always get the feeling this building doesn't take advantage of the view it has over the water. Been a couple of times recently, first time I ordered a burger and this tower of food arrived, I was a little embarrassed! Try only if very hungry indeed! Second time I got pork belly and there was a mix up with the dishes which took some time to sort out. It was sorted and a couple of sides taken off the bill which was fair. Nice place, never busy when I've been in. Nice menu, pleasant atmosphere, well worth the trek to get to it, go perhaps before or after going to the Waterfront hall.

As I dont live far from The Edge I have visited it on many an occasion. No matter the reason for going there either romantic valentines night dinner or large family birthday parties, the Edge never disappoints. It has a variety of different influences but all made with fresh local produce. Service is very quick and polite and it never seems too busy so you are made to feel looked after. Only piece of advice I would give is visit the restaurant between Monday and Thursday as the meal deal is excellent value for money, on a Friday and Saturday night the price might just put some people of. All in all a good example of how good some restaurants in belfast can be.
