Poor service arrangements
Avery Berkel do not accept returns when their scales go wrong. They send out an engineer which costs £120 for the first half hour, then £50 for every half hour after that plus parts. I was advised by them it was cheaper to buy a new set of scales! I will never use Avery Berkel scales again.
